Tiger Woods is back

Tiger Woods held off Chris DeMarco to win his 11th major tournament of his career including back to back British Opens. Tiger finished with a -5 67 round to win the 2006 British Open at Royal Liverpool by 2 strokes over DeMarco.
When Tiger sunk the final putt at the 18th hole he let out loud yes!!! and raised both arms in the air. Woods really needed this win to help him rebound from the loss of his father earlier in year. His father Earl Woods lost his long time battle with cancer.
After his triumphant celebration Tiger showed that he is also has a emotional side when he and his caddie hugged and Tiger buried his head in his caddie Steve Williams shoulder and sobbed. I am sure he would have loved for his father to see him win one more Major before he passed away. I am sure Earl Woods was smiling down on his son and was rightfully proud of his son.

Tiger Woods said of his show of emotion: "I could not stop it," Woods said. "I miss my dad so much." I think most people under the circumstances.
Tiger is now tied with Walter Hagen with 11 career major tournament victories and he is only 7 away from tying the great Jack Nichlaus with 18 career majors and Tiger is only 30 years old.

Yes! Finally woods is back on track. When he is playing well it’s good for the sport and makes things more exciting in my opinion.
